Dr. Jeremy Cotliar was great! Efficient, kind, covered all bases. But there is something wrong with the way the office is run. I had a 7:45 a,m, appointment. I arrived before 7:30. THen I was told that on Aug 28 a notice was sent to me that my appointment was canceled and needed to be re-scheduled. I had never received that notice, and if it had been sent to me, the "office should have had a "response" from me, which it did not. In fact, I later found an email from 9/3 reminding of my appointment. It is pasted here:Upcoming appointment
