First off, Dr Cotliar was the best. He was so friendly, warm something you don’t find in a lot of eye doctors for some reason. His staff was professional, friendly and assisted me in every way possible as I am in a wheelchair. This included moving machines around so I could reach properly. That’s what I’m talking about, first class service all the way. The office was clean and air conditioned humming. They will surely be seeing me for my yearly from here on out!!

THen I was told that on Aug 28 a notice was sent to me that my appointment was canceled and needed to be re-scheduled. I had a pleasant encounter with my eye doctor visit. I had a brief wait on arrival for my 7 am appointment. With the new gagets for eye exam it was quite expedient. I saw two techs that that performed the preliminary eye exam and eye scans. Shortly after I saw the Doctor himself. I was given good news. Good vision in general reading glasses if at all. And a prescription for eyedrops for dry eyes. He answered one question I had and I was out of the office in no time. Great all around.

I've been going to Dr. Jeremy for 13 years & the reason for that is because he knows his business & he really cares about people. I also appreciate his friendly personality. He has a respectful staff that make you feel at home. The office is beautiful & he has everything he needs in ways of equipment. I definitely recommend him

Dr Cotliar continues to be the nicest doctor I have met in NYC. He’s always smiling and reassuring. I appreciate that. I still remember how scared I was when I had cataracts and he never let me get too scared. His staff are efficient & kind as well. Just a really well done machine.
