Two years ago, I visited this office for the first time and I really wasn’t pleased with the way some of the medical assistant staff behaved — I can’t say all of them, but some, in terms of their conduct (excessively loud tone of voice, laughing, dancing, etc.). I recently visited again and the change has been noticeable: more order, respect, courtesy. Without a doubt, I will continue visiting.

Not a long wait. However the person who was checking to see if I can see certain letters didn’t take the time he needed. I told him the letters he presented were blurry but I can see them a bit by guessing. He said it was okay but every other eye doctor I have been to changes the slides to ones I can see more focused. Not sure if that affects my results in anyways. Overall nice experience

First off, Dr Cotliar was the best. He was so friendly, warm something you don’t find in a lot of eye doctors for some reason. His staff was professional, friendly and assisted me in every way possible as I am in a wheelchair. This included moving machines around so I could reach properly. That’s what I’m talking about, first class service all the way. The office was clean and air conditioned humming. They will surely be seeing me for my yearly from here on out!!

Dr. Cotliar is a very brilliant, caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff are polite but his assistants should show a little more enthusiasm.

Dr. Jeremy Cotliar was great! Efficient, kind, covered all bases. But there is something wrong with the way the office is run. I had a 7:45 a,m, appointment. I arrived before 7:30. THen I was told that on Aug 28 a notice was sent to me that my appointment was canceled and needed to be re-scheduled. I had never received that notice, and if it had been sent to me, the "office should have had a "response" from me, which it did not. Today was my first time and I had a great experience. Very professional staff!!

I had a pleasant encounter with my eye doctor visit. I had a brief wait on arrival for my 7 am appointment. With the new gagets for eye exam it was quite expedient. I saw two techs that that performed the preliminary eye exam and eye scans. Shortly after I saw the Doctor himself. I was given good news. Good vision in general reading glasses if at all. And a prescription for eyedrops for dry eyes. He answered one question I had and I was out of the office in no time. Great all around.
