Everyone acted in a professional manner but not very friendly. As before, I arrived a few minutes early and had to wait for an hour
and a half. Unfortunately, I commented that I was becoming impatient but the physician made no response.
I have decided that despite the good care that I receive at Columbia, where I was on the Neurology staff for many years, I will go back to my Ophthalmologist in Westwood NJ.

Just the wait time is a bit ridiculous. Waited way too long to be called in for the first time. 45 mins! Since I’m using Dr Cotliar the last 30 years that has been always the case. He’s a great doctor!!!!
