I finally kept my eye followup appt. with Dr. Cotliar after rescheduling 2 previous appts. post eye cataract surgeries (he did both eyes--right eye then left). I did a good thing by having a late afternoon appt. I now have a home attendant to go with me since I've been having knee issues.
The appt. was fast & professional. DR. JEREMY COTLIAR IS THE BEST!

Doctor James Kelly was very nice. I came with an eye irritation. I was there for the first time 3 months before just for routine check. Was very satisfied that time. However the wait time was over the usual. I was there for over 2 hours just waiting. Even the girls at the desk couldn't understand why it was taking soo long. It had nothing to do with Dr. Kelly but with the girl that does a routine eye exam before you see the doctor. I explained I had all that 3 months ago, but she insisted and seemed to be having a bad day. I told her I needed a script for my eye not glasses and I was not going to continue the other routine tests she wanted to perform. I just know she had me waiting a long time til I told the girls in the front desk that perhaps I should come at another time. I was leaving. That's when the ball started to roll. I was called 10 min. After. Really, it's a nice office and basically they take most insurances. The doctors are great and the staff except that 1 girl just messed it up. That's why I only gave it 3 stars.
