At first I was to get eye surgery with Dr. Arthur Cotliar. At the lat minute it was discovered that the Dr. was not in my insurance network. His son, Jeremy, was so I had to go through all the same test with Dr. Jeremy Cotliar. Jeremy has a pleasant bedside manner and puts you at ease. My surgery went well and the follow up has been good. This is the second eye that the cataract has been removed. The first time with Arthur seemed more like an assembly line, go through all the steps and before the eye is healed, let’s make an appointment for the other eye. Jeffrey made feel as though he cares and that it’s not about making more money.

Overall exam with Dr. Cotliar was excellent. However, the office bathroom was in poor condition. Also there was no follow up regarding test results from the referral from Dr. Mitchell. Also the receptionist chooses who to greet and who not to greet. Also would recommend more training to front desk staff on quicker turnaround of computer on scheduling appointments.
